I first dipped my toes into the warm waters of the coaching world 20 years ago, and I’ve never looked back.

I’m a perpetual entrepreneur who wants to share my lessons and methodologies with the next great leader. I believe that everything can be solved with creativity. I believe that, with the right tools, an effective leader has the power to change the world.

For my whole life, I’ve been creative, curious, and observant. I love to read and learn about anything and everything. Lend me a book or send me an article about leadership, creativity, innovation, coaching, neuroscience, or philosophy, and I’ll be in my element.

I believe that an entrepreneur’s whole life affects their professional life, and mine is full of joy, love, and passion. Before settling in Barcelona, I was born in Mexico City and lived in Veracruz, Madrid, Lisbon, and Monterrey. I love jazz and Sherlock Holmes. When I’m not spending time with my family, I’m surrounded by books to further help my clients.
